Poster/Notice Management

The University provides space and display facility for the purpose of supporting academic and other University activities/services through a modern and stimulating campus environment. To enable the limited display facility to be effectively and efficiently utilized, policy guidelines have been established to guide the University community on the display of publicity materials in a systematic manner.

Using banner space

All banners can only be displayed at Designated Areas. Please refer to p.3-5 of “Locations of Designated Areas for Publicity Materials on Campus”.

Please study and get fully understanding with the requirements under this “Guidelines and Procedures” before planning/arranging the banner display.

Applicants are required to complete the application form and submit the banner design to Communications and Public Affairs Office (CPAO) for endorsement prior to CDMO for processing and approval.

Using booth and display board space

All publicity materials can only be displayed at Designated Areas. Please refer to the “Locations of Designated Areas for Publicity Materials on Campus”.

Displaying signage

Signages in A3/A4 size can be used to show the way to your event venue.

Signages are self-managed by relevant School/Department/Office/Centre/Student Organization including their removal.

All display materials shall be properly and tidily secured by appropriate means without any damages or glue marks. Adhesive tapes are not allowed on painted surfaces.
