Newsletter 202309 – Sustainability

To support sustainability, a food waste decomposer has been installed near M Canteen since December 2022.
Food waste is converted into carbon dioxide and wastewater and is then discharged into the sewage pipe before passing through a grease interceptor within 24 hours. There are water sprinkler systems inside to remove the odor and so no odor will be released to the environment.
