Venue Reservation

Most of the Lecture Theatres, classrooms, computer laboratories and meeting rooms can be booked by School/Department/Office/Centre (The registered student groups should book the facilities via Student Affairs Office). Except Special Rooms, staff members can make use of the web-based “Rooms and Facilities Booking System” to book the venues on their School/Department/Office/Centre’s behalf.

Venue setup

Please allow adequate time for set-up/clean up before/after the event when reserving venue, and hence, “venue set-up form” should be submitted well in advance for a planned event (typically 7-14 working days prior).
