1. Deep Cleaning Works for Campus Sites
CDMO took proactive measures to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the campus through deep cleaning of campus sites including the Creative Humanities Hub. The works covered the main entrances, exits, and the exterior glass of Creative Humanities Hub, ensuring a clean environment for all . This proactive approach to service quality reflects our dedication to providing a pleasant experience on our University campus.
2. Coordination with Department of Art and Design Office for Relocation from Old Hall to 5/F, M Building
Though meticulous planning and execution, CDMO successfully carried out two phases for relocating the Department of Art and Design office from the Old Hall to the 5/F of M Building. This careful approach ensured a smooth transition and instilled confidence in the work processes. The first phase was conducted and completed on 13 July 2024, followed by the second phase, which was completed on 22 July 2024.
Following the renovation and relocation of the Art and Design Department office at 5/F of M Building, the housekeeping staff performed deep cleaning services for the entire office on 13 July 2024 and completed the task effectively on 22 July 2024.
