Organic Farming
The number of planting lots for the organic farm was increased from 22 to 33 and has been allocated. The usage period for the planting lots for the new season is from 14 Sep 2020 to 28 Feb 2021.
Beautification of M3 Podium Garden
Beautification work was carried out by our staff at the M Podium Garden in order to provide a relaxing environment for our students and colleagues.
Energy Saving Programme
Signed up for “Earth Hour”, “No Air Con Night”, “Energy Saving Charter” and “CLP’s Peak Demand Management Programme” to engage the University community in energy saving initiatives.
Recycling bins and location plan
Provision of recycling bins to respond to Waste Reduction Programme by Environmental Protection Department.
Increased number of water dispensers and location plan
Increased number of water dispensers from 18 to 32 on campus by end of September 2020 to help reduce the reliance on and purchase of plastic bottled drinks.
