In order to align with the 5-year strategic plan of the The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, the Campus Development and Management Office has developed the following goals on the management of University Facilities and Services:

1. To oversee project planning and development of the entire HSUHK campus;

2. To enhance facility management services by providing

     a) a sustainable environment

     b) a healthy and safe environment

     to the University stakeholders, who can focus on teaching, learning, researching and working in the University;

3. To optimize and manage the usage of facilities and space.
